Using cutting edge science, Fambes Diagnostics is committed to the delivery of quality results to doctors and patients wherever we provide diagnostic services. Currently our area of operation is in Idimu, Lagos State, Nigeria. In our drive to continually improve the quality of our service, our Laboratory works towards accreditation by a number of accreditation authorities including the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria.

The Quality Assurance Department is responsible for ensuring a quality management system (QMS) is implemented in the Laboratory. Our objectives are to attain accreditation to ISO 15189 for our Laboratory and Certification to ISO 9001 for all support departments, with the ultimate goal of always producing quality, competent and accurate patient results and ensuring our clients are satisfied. To this end, we strive for continual improvements in all areas.
